Does my data leave my phone?
Dulio syncs account, pool, expense, settlement, receipt, and optional bank-link data through the services described in the Privacy Policy.

How do I bring in my real charges?
You can connect one supported bank or card free for 30 days. After the trial, Dulio Basic keeps one bank/card account importing with auto-split rules for $0.99/month. Dulio Plus unlocks up to 3 bank/card accounts and 10 AI receipt scans per month. Dulio imports about 9 months of bank history, and saved splits stay in your pools. You can still add expenses manually without a subscription.

What is free vs. Dulio Basic vs. Dulio Plus?
Free accounts can use core splitting, invites, manual expenses, CSV import, 3 lifetime AI receipt scans, and one lifetime 30-day bank-sync trial. Dulio Basic keeps 1 bank/card account importing and includes auto-split rules for imported charges. Dulio Plus unlocks up to 3 bank/card accounts and 10 AI receipt scans per month.

How do I restore purchases?
Open Account → Plan and use Restore purchases. If your subscription still does not appear, send a support note from Account → Support.

How do I manage or cancel Dulio Basic or Dulio Plus?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account settings. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

What happens if a subscription expires?
Existing records stay in Dulio, but paid actions such as new live bank sync, auto-split rules, and monthly Plus scans may stop until you resubscribe.

What happens when I unlink a bank?
Dulio removes the Plaid connection and stops importing new charges. Unsplit bank inbox rows may disappear from the Split tab, including older raw charges that roll out of Dulio's 9-month bank-history window, but expenses and settlements you already saved from imported charges remain in your pools.

How do I settle up?
Open a pool or tap Settle up on Home. Dulio shows the simplest set of payments to clear balances. Dulio records payments; it does not move money.

How do I delete my data?
Account → Delete account permanently erases your Dulio account and personal data. Account → Delete local data only clears data stored on this device.

How do I report a security issue?
Email [email protected] with the subject prefix [Security]. Please include the affected screen or endpoint, steps to reproduce, and the potential impact. Do not send real bank credentials, Plaid access tokens, or private keys.
